Description

The conventional orifice valve (also known as tubing-retrievable orifice valve) can be used in conjunction with a conventional mandrel and has a replaceable tungsten carbide seat to control the volume of gas and/or fluid entering the tubing from the casing annulus. The default base material for this valve is 316L, and nickel based alloy materials such as MONEL and INCONEL can also be provided according to customer requirements.


Feature and Advantage

• Tungsten Carbide seat can be replaced easily for servicing

• Gas flow can be controlled by changing the valve seat size

• It needs to be used in conjunction with a check valve to avoid backflow from the tubing to the casing

• Standard NPT thread
